This web site (“OOJobSite”) is owned, operated and provided to you (“the user”) by OOJob America Inc. (“OOJob”). Description of Resources
Through this Site, OOJob provides you with access to a variety of resources in the field of behavioral and professional assessments. These resources include, but are not limited to, Job Profile, Reference Profile, Profile Matching and other professional assessments. These Resources, including any updates, enhancements, and new features are subject to the terms of use.
Applicability of the Privacy Policy:
This Privacy Policy is applicable to all clients, both subscribers and non subscribers.
By subscriber, OOJob America, Inc. means all clients that buy an annual subscription in order to obtain behavioral and professional assessments.
By non subscriber, OOJob America means the client who receives one or more assessments for themselves or from the account of a subscriber.
The disbursement of information of any nature between the subscribed customer and the non subscriber is the exclusive providence of the two-party agreement and OOJob America could not be held responsible for any differences between the two parties. So any agreement made on the information disclosure between the subscribed customer and the operator does not enter within the framework of this Privacy Policy and is not the responsibility of OOJob America. Likewise, access to the results of all the behavioral assessments suggested, all the professional aptitude assessments suggested and any other assessments which may be provided in the future, depend upon the agreement made between the subscribed customer and their user.
OOJob privacy policy protects two main groups of data.
a) First, all information concerning identities, last and first name, date and city of birth, address and any other data that could identify the person being assessed.
b) Second, all responses to the questions asked in the course of any assessment.
